MKCGI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) publishes the mobile game Roll Sort and other mobile applications that link to this Privacy Policy (“Apps”).

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use our Apps.

Information MKCGI Does Not Directly Collect

MKCGI does not require account registration and does not directly collect or store information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or payment information.

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated within the App.

Advertising and Automatically Processed Information

Our Apps may use Unity LevelPlay, formerly known as ironSource, to display rewarded and interstitial advertisements.

When advertising services are enabled, Unity LevelPlay and its participating advertising partners may automatically process limited technical and usage information, including:

  • Advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID
  • Device model, operating system, and language
  • App name, app version, and package identifier
  • Internet connection and network information
  • IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address
  • Advertisement impressions, clicks, completion events, and reward events
  • Diagnostic, performance, fraud-prevention, and security information

This information is transmitted from your device to Unity LevelPlay or its advertising partners. MKCGI does not operate the advertising servers and does not directly receive your name, email address, or phone number through these advertisements.

This information may be used to:

  • Provide and display advertisements
  • Measure advertisement performance
  • Limit how often advertisements are shown
  • Provide rewarded advertisements
  • Detect fraud and improve security
  • Diagnose technical problems
  • Provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements, depending on your region, device settings, and available privacy choices

Third-Party Services

Our Apps may use the following third-party services:

  • Unity LevelPlay / Unity Ads — advertising and advertisement measurement
  • Google Play Services — Android platform services and advertising identifier support

These third parties process information according to their own privacy policies:

Unity LevelPlay may work with additional advertising network partners. Information about Unity’s advertising partners and privacy practices is available through Unity’s privacy policy and the privacy information displayed within advertisements.

Your Advertising Choices

You may be able to control personalized advertising through the privacy or information button displayed within an advertisement.

On supported Android devices, you can also reset or delete your Advertising ID through your device settings:

Settings → Privacy → Ads

The exact menu name may differ depending on your device and Android version.

Disabling personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements. You may continue to receive non-personalized or contextual advertisements.

Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.

MKCGI does not knowingly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to MKCGI, please contact us.

Data Retention and Deletion

MKCGI does not operate user accounts or directly store personal information collected through the Apps on MKCGI servers.

You may remove locally stored game progress and settings by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

Information processed by Unity LevelPlay, Google, or participating advertising partners is retained and deleted according to each provider’s privacy policy.

Website Information

When you visit the MKCGI website, standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and visited pages may be processed through website hosting, security, cookies, or analytics services.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the Apps and the information under our control. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International Processing

Unity, Google, and participating advertising partners may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable law.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our Apps, advertising services, or legal requirements change.
